Georgina Owen, AAA is an experienced and creative arts consultant based in Washington, D.C., with broad-based knowledge and connoisseurship, thirty years of experience in the art and antiques marketplace, and well-established connections.  She has provided expertise and advice to private clients on collecting, and prepared appraisals for public and private collections for insurance, estate tax, equitable distribution, and donation purposes.  She is a Certified Member of the Appraisers Association of America.
